Юг и Север (горячий шоколад и холодное мороженное)
Вот один из прекрасных рецептов моей кулинарной подборки. Рецепт не представляет, что-то особенное лишь легкое и нежное сочетание шоколада и ванильного мороженного.
И так. Идея очень простая: заворачиваем мороженное в блинчик и все это обильно поливаем горячим шоколадом.
Для блинов понадобится:
250 мл молока (может пойти меньше)
0.7 ст.л. сахара
0.25 ст.л. соли
1 яйцо
3 ст.л. муки (можно больше, смотрите сами)
Взбиваем немножко яйца, соль и сахар. Добавляем муку - замешиваем тесто. Частями вводим молоко и размешиваем до нужной густоты. Делаем первый блин: порвался, или плохо переворачивается - добавте немного муки в тесто (разведите пару ст.л.муки 2-3 ст.л. жидкого теста отдельно в чашке, введите в основное тесто). Если не уверены в своих возможностях относительно комочков в тесте, берите миксер и все тщательно взбивайте, при этом все ингредиенты смешивают сразу.
Шоколад (желательно горький, кол-во зависит от вас, но не менее 30-40 г на 1 блин) нарезать или наколоть на маленькие кусочки и растопить на водяной бане. Можно добавитт немножко сливок или сгущ.молока, карамели, фруктов(кроме цитрусов). Только не перестарайтесь с пропорцией, а то шоколад свернется. Фруктами можна посыпать блины сверху, а потом все полить шоколадом.
Морожено не должно быть замороженным и не должно течь. Мороженное нужно Мягкое, Эластичное, Однородное. Желательно перед использованием его немножко размять до однородной структуры, но не перестараться, а то потечет.
Берем блин(лицевая сторона вниз, та что более изящная) выкладываем на него около 1.5-2 ст.л. мороженного, смотрим по размеру блина, мороженного должно быть вмеру. Немножко размазываем и заворачиваем. Выкладываем по два на тарелку поливаем теплым шоколадом. Украшаем миндальными хлопьями, мятой, фруктами, кунжутом... На свое усмотрение. Все!!!
